1. Appointment Availability

* Each house offers *4 appointment slots per day*.
* Appointments are available exclusively for viewing and trying on *Bridal and Reception outfits*.
* When booking, clients must select whether they are looking to shop for *Bridal* or *Reception* outfits.

2. Appointment Duration

* Each appointment is *45 minutes to 1 hour*.
* Clients are requested to arrive on time to make the most of their appointment.
* Late arrivals may have a shortened appointment time depending on the availability of the next appointment.

3. Guests per Appointment

* A maximum of *3–4 people* are permitted per appointment, including the client.
* We kindly request that clients limit their guests to those essential to the shopping experience.

4. Outfit Try-On Policy

* Clients may try on a maximum of *3 outfits per appointment*.
* Appointments are intended specifically for Bridal and Reception outfit consultations and try-ons.

5. Appropriate Attire

For the best fitting experience and to help protect the garments, clients are requested to wear or bring:

*Shorts or leggings
*A fitted tank top or camisole

* Appropriate undergarments suitable for trying on bridal and reception outfits.

Clients may also be asked to have these items available during their appointment if they are not already wearing them.

6. Appointment Booking Fee

*$100 refundable booking fee* is required to reserve each appointment slot.
* The $100 fee is refundable provided the client *attends the scheduled appointment*.
* The booking fee is *per appointment time* and must be paid at the time of booking.

7. Store Credit Option

Instead of receiving a refund, clients may choose to apply their *$100 booking fee as a deposit toward an order placed in-store*.

* The deposit can be applied toward an eligible purchase made during the appointment.
* The booking fee cannot be transferred to another person or appointment.

8. Appointment Attendance & Cancellations

* The $100 booking fee is refundable when the client attends their scheduled appointment.
* *No-shows may forfeit the $100 booking fee.*
* Clients who need to cancel or reschedule should do so in advance so the appointment slot can be made available to another client.
* Rescheduling is subject to appointment availability.

9. Appointment Type

Appointments are exclusively intended for clients shopping for:

*Bridal outfits*
*Reception outfits*

For other shopping requirements, clients may visit the store during regular business hours without booking an appointment, subject to store policy.

10. Booking Confirmation

To complete an online appointment booking, clients will be required to:

1. Select their preferred house/location.
2. Select an available appointment slot.
3. Select whether they are shopping for *Bridal or Reception* outfits.
4. Provide the required contact details.
5. Pay the *$100 appointment booking fee*.
6. Review and agree to these appointment policies.

A booking confirmation will be provided once the appointment and payment have been successfully completed.
